One correction on the feed line: our processor pays a winter premium of about 2p a litre, which changes the maths in your third table quite a bit for farms that calve in autumn. Happy to share our numbers if it's useful for a follow-up.

Also, the bit about the bulk tank engineer made me laugh. That is exactly him.
