Do you really take nothing from my subscriptions?
Nothing. Readers pay you through your own payment account and the money lands there. The only deduction is the card processor's fee, usually 2.9% + 30¢ per charge, which every platform pays.
What happens when I pass 1,000 subscribers on Starter?
Nothing breaks. Your letters keep sending, and we'll give you 30 days to choose a plan. If paid members already cover the cost, most writers simply switch to Pro.
Can I change plans or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and we pro-rate the difference. If you cancel, your publication stays online in read-only mode and you can export everything.
Is there a discount for students or non-profits?
Independent non-profit newsrooms and student publications get Pro at half price. Write to us from the contact page with a link to your work.
Do readers pay in their own currency?
Readers see prices in USD by default, with local currency shown at checkout in 40 countries. Your payouts arrive in the currency of your bank account.
